Dr. Singh has been serving as Co-Founder and CEO of PeriscopeIQ since launching the company in 1999. He is a scientific research expert with an unparalleled industry reputation for research analytics, innovation and bringing scientific rigor to the customer experience arena. He has been instrumental in making the clients of PeriscopeIQ customer experience score board leaders among their peers through targeted and innovative strategic programs to maximize customer centricity of the whole organization. Prior to PeriscopeIQ, Dr. Singh held senior executive positions with Ingersoll-Rand.
In addition to authoring nearly 100 papers in technology, customer insight and business journals, Dr. Singh has received numerous honors and awards, including the Distinction Award from Wharton, four gold medals for academic excellence and several scholarships as well as fellowships. He received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.
Mr. Waite is the Director of Projects at PeriscopeIQ, where he and his team of project managers lead the coordination and implementation of all new projects by working closely with the clients. Prior to joining PeriscopeIQ, he was Director of Research and Development for Tarkett Inc., V.P. of Research and Development for Morton International, and Director of Technical Services for Lantor, Inc. He earned an MBA from DeSales University and a BS in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Waite is an adjunct professor in the DeSales University’s MBA program.
Dr. Murphy is Director of Market Research at PeriscopeIQ. As a professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, he taught market research for 7 years. He is an expert in the design, fielding, tabulation and interpretation of surveys conducted online, by telephone, and by mail. A former member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), he has also moderated more than 1,000 focus groups in 36 of the 40 largest US markets and six foreign countries. His prior experience also includes serving as Vice President of Research at a leading East Coast advertising agency and managing the market research group at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Dr. Murphy holds a Ph.D. in Communications Research from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Tolbert is Director of Technology at PeriscopeIQ. Mr. Tolbert and his team of technology and software development specialists are responsible for implementing continuous improvements and innovations in PeriscopeIQ’s industry leading CX and EX platforms. He has 20 years of experience in business analytics and leading projects in the areas of customer/employee engagement, data analysis, workflow optimization, information security, compliance and IT infrastructure in the market research, chemical, pharmaceutical and publishing industries.
Dr. Singh is a strategic advisor for PeriscopeIQ and the internationally award-winning Founder of the Global Institute of Forensic Research (successful 2017 exit as CEO). Former Senior Clinical Researcher in Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology for the Department of Justice of Switzerland and author of over 75 peer-reviewed publications and books, he completed his graduate doctoral studies in psychiatry at the University of Oxford and clinical psychology at Universitat Konstanz. Since this time, he has served as a Fulbright Scholar and has lectured for Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth, Oxford, and UPenn. He was named the youngest tenured Full Professor in Norway in 2014 and is currently affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania.
