Dr. Pawan Singh, Ph.D.Dr. Pawan Singh, Ph.D., is the founder and chief executive officer at PeriscopeIQ, a visionary and scientific research expert with an unparalleled industry reputation for research analytics, innovation and bringing scientific rigor to the customer experience arena. He has helped many organizations become market leaders with his business and technology innovations and strategic guidance to senior executives. Dr. Singh brings a unique combination of science, strategy as well as hands-on executive experience to deliver strategic insights and recommendations. Prior to founding the company in 1999, he held senior management positions with Ingersoll-Rand, a global provider of products, services and integrated solutions to technology industries. In his last position, he managed a global business unit with operations in USA, Europe and Asia. Dr. Singh has received many honors and awards, including the Distinction Award from Wharton, four gold medals for academic excellence and several scholarships as well as fellowships. He has published nearly 100 papers on technology, business strategy and customer insights, including many in reputable peer-reviewed journals. He has lectured worldwide and served as an adjunct professor at at the University of Rochester and Widener University. He received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Rochester, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. |
Mohamed Latib, Ph.D.Mohamed Latib, Ph.D., is the chief operating officer at PeriscopeIQ. He has served as a consultant to clients in the United States, Canada and Europe, in the areas of strategic planning, metrics development and performance management. Some of his clients included, The World Bank, The World Health Organization, Smithfield Meats Inc., Leidy’s Inc., Air Products Inc., Siemens Inc., Unisys, Inc., Pennsylvania Power and Light, Dominion Textiles, Inc., Project Management Institute and Air Products Inc. He has also done extensive work as an OD consultant for congregations of religious women throughout the United States. Prior to this position, Dr. Latib was a professor, dean and vice president at various academic institutions. During his academic tenure, he built internationally recognized education programs and opened new programs in Italy, Romania, India and Peru. Dr. Latib serves on the Boards of the Lehigh Valley Ben Franklin Technology Partnership, the Lehigh Valley Technology Network, The Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER), Fox School of Management, Temple University and Forum for Ethics in the Workplace (2009). He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Customer Experience Professionals Association and Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group. He is currently President of the Pennsylvania Council for International Education. Matthew J. Waite, M.B.A.Matthew J. Waite, M.B.A., is the Director of Projects at PeriscopeIQ. He is responsible for projects related to customer satisfaction and loyalty studies. Mr. Waite’s expertise includes technology and data analysis. Prior to joining PeriscopeIQ, he was director of research and development for Tarkett Inc.; V.P. of Research and Development for Morton International as well as director of Technical Services for Lantor, Inc. He earned an M.B.A. from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. and a B.S. in chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Waite is an adjunct professor in the DeSales University’s MBA program. |
James P. Murphy, Ph.D.James P. Murphy, Ph.D., is director of marketing research at PeriscopeIQ. He is an expert in the design, fielding, tabulation and interpretation of surveys conducted online, by telephone or mail. A former member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), he also has moderated more than 1,000 focus groups in 36 of the 40 largest U.S. markets and six foreign countries. At the start of his career, Dr. Murphy was a research group manager with the marketing research division of Booz Allen & Hamilton and, later, vice president and director of research with a leading East Coast advertising agency. He served as an instructor of marketing and advertising research at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School for seven years. Dr. Murphy is member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research and was elected to Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Society of North America. He is an elected director of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Washington DC and Eastern Pennsylvania (a consolidated Bureau). He holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in communications research from the University of Pennsylvania and an A.B. from Holy Cross College in Worcester, Mass. |
Joel TolbertJoel Tolbert is the Director, Technology at PeriscopeIQ. Since 2006, Tolbert and his team have focused on intersecting the principles of customer and employee engagement with stable and intuitive technology platforms available to broad and diverse audiences. Mr. Tolbert has 20 years of experience as a business analyst. He has lead projects in areas of customer/employee engagement, data analysis, workflow optimization, information security, Sarbanes-Oxley, and IT Infrastructure. |
